Synopsis: Recollection is a psychological flashback that registers as memories or dream-like longings that hover and disappear into ghostly blurs and soft colour fields. Film-derived images seem to turn away from the viewer in elusive stuttered phases, smeared into the past tense and the realm of quiet contemplation through lyrical, sweeping camera moves. The moodiness and introspection of the silhouetted subjects is enhanced by the washes of toned hue surrounding them. Zoran's highly composed and reductive work emphasizes the fleeting, apparitional quality of thought and experience.
